This is a Pay-Per-View service and requires HRT or FGO credits.  You can receive all tipping services via SMS. Check out the SMS Notification section in your 'User Settings' for more details. Unfortunately tips can only be sent to GSM mobile phone services. This includes most Optus, Vodafone and Telstra networks, but not the CDMA networks used by Telstra country, some Vodafone (data) and Orange. It also excludes 3-Network and other high bandwidth networks. If you have any of these non compliance mobile phones we can set you up with an Email notification service on request (not yet implemented).  

A refund will be provided for each Premium Tip purchased that has already ran its race before the time of the purchase. All we require is for you to send us an email notifying us of the situation.  Therefore, there is no need to hesitate on the purchase of future tips.  The official rule will be:-  a credit will be granted if a purchase is made (as recorded on your Account records using our systems clock) if the time is the same or later than the published race start time. 30 seconds grace period will be granted. If you are buying tips later in the day, purchase the tips with your betting page ready and try to purchase them well before a race is about to jump.  Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.  This offer does not apply to any of the other tips. 

Monitoring for Changes

You should always check these tips throughout the day just in case there has been race changes that affect the selections provided (ie scratchings, jockey changes and track going changes). Once you have paid, you can review this page as many times as you like without further charge. If a particular service is free (Super Tips for FGO Subscription members), then no charges will apply. For Super Tips, our fair use policy is that If you check later and there are additional tips, we do not charge you extra for these, however, if there are any tips removed, we do not give you a refund. With Premium Tips, there will never be additions, only deletions because the Premium Tip Rules are not met (refer below) or scratchings. In this case, we will provide a full credit back to your HRT Account. Changes should be kept to a minimum as we post all tips after the majority of scratchings, jockeys and track goings are known (12:00 noon Australian EST).

Duplicate Tips

Tips will not be duplicated within the same product range but may duplicate across products.  There are three tipping products we offer, Premium Tips, Super Tips and Free Tips.  A Premium Tip may be duplicated in a Super Tip category etc.  No refunds shall be provided for duplications across products.  

Confidentiality

The long term success (profitability) of this service will depend on all of us keeping volumes to a minimum.  We will do our part by closely monitoring volume sales so that we do not over-subscribe, however, we have no control over what you do with the information.  For the sake of all our enjoyment and long term profitability, we urge you not to disclose these tips to anyone. Unfortunately telling a few friends indirectly results in a cascade of many people.  Poor profits will mean that we will need to stop the public release and continue with them privately. 

Finding the Best Odds

We recommend that you maximise profits by finding the best odds around, don't settle for TAB odds (unless they are the most competitive).  Please refer to our competitive odds page for some of many options available. If you are following the Place System, you may wish to use the tip in exotic betting (such as trifectas) or bet with Online Bookies that offer better odds than the TAB. Also Betting Exchanges can offer better odds than the TAB's for places. If you only bet with the TAB you will need to be prepared for "money-back" returns. 

Results

If you are just looking for results for this service, please check the results menu (on left hand side of screen) after the day's racing is complete and we have posted all results. We have also included a 30 day reporting tool on the Premium tips.  For any of these results, even though they are actual results, we can not guarantee that these trends will continue.  

Limitations

All our Tips are based on tested and proven methods. Although our methods have proven to be a reliable rating method we can not guarantee its future success. You use this service at your own risk and we recommend recreational punting only.  We do not accept any responsibility for any losses that may occur.
